Grower Freeman
EDMUND GROWER
Solicitor: Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, L&T, Wills, Probate.
Edmund is the firm’s senior partner as well as head of the commercial and residential property department. He has extensive experience in acting for companies, high net worth individuals and offshore trusts in respect of commercial and residential property sales and purchases. He also undertakes residential development work for small to medium sized developers. Edmund frequently advises on joint ventures and development and general commercial agreements.
Edmund qualified as a solicitor in 1971 and formed his firm then known as Epstein Grower in 1991. During the late 1970’s and then again in the early 1990’s, Edmund was involved in the break-up of a number of substantial mansion blocks of flats, acting principally on behalf of the tenants in the acquisition of the freeholds and the simultneous granting of long leases to the residents. He frequently acts for receivers and liquidators on property-related issues and has represented various banks and building societies in relation to volume repossession actions. In addition he has acted for a number of banks (both in the UK and offshore) and building societies in relation to securitisation work. Edmund has worked with Galliard Homes in connection with the off-plan sales of large numbers of flats in London as well as having acted for several prominent sports and media personalities in respect of the purchase and sale of property investments, and has spoken at property seminars.
Being a long standing member of the MCC and Highgate Golf Club, he also sails and is an advanced open water diver. He is quite unashamedly a season ticket holder at West Ham United and currently a Governor of St Margaret’s School, Hampstead.
HOWARD RIND
Solicitor: Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, L&T, Wills, Probate.
Howard is a highly experienced member solicitor who qualified in 1973, with expertise in residential and commercial conveyancing and residential lease extensions, acting for both UK-based and international clients. He is based in the London office of Grower Freeman and is a member of the LLP. In addition, Howard can provide assistance in making Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and dealing with Probate.
MEERA PANKHANIA

Meera Pankhania is a highly experienced solicitor who joined the LLP in 2018. She is based at our London office, Grower Freeman, and specialises in dispute resolution, repossessions, commercial and residential conveyancing, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
SAIDA SIDDIQUI
Solicitor: Tax, Trusts, Wills, Probate.
Saida has over 30 years’ experience of Private Client work. She specialises in wills, tax planning, lasting powers of attorney and probate.
Saida trained at Inner Temple London and has worked in various City and West End firms, including Field Fisher Waterhouse and Kingsley Napley. She worked with us between 1991 and 1995. She joined us again in 2013.
Saida has specialist expertise in:
- Tax efficient wills for high net worth individuals including statutory wills and wills for the disabled.
- Administration of both simple and complex estates often involving business and overseas assets.
- Estate planning and deeds of family arrangements.
- Estates of Lloyds of London Names with Yorke orders. Saida specifically advised on Lloyd’s hardship agreements and termination agreements.
- Charitable legacy work (notably on behalf of major London NHS hospitals including Great Ormond Street Hospital, Royal Marsden Hospital).
- Court of Protection work, including Lasting Powers of Attorney and management of affairs for clients with disabilities and elderly clients. Acting for Deputies and Attorneys.
